Product Introduction
The multi head stationary spot welder is customized for welding the
car fuel tank. This stationary Spot Welding Machine is working on
the 380V/50Hz three-phase AC power supply.By the three-phase
rectifier, inverter technology and the feedback control system, to
control the welding heat, pre-press time, the maintenance time and
cease time, achieving the welding requirements. The machine is
widely used in automobile, home appliances, electronic
instrumentation, aerospace and other projection welding process
industry.

Main Structure and Fixture of the Equipment
The multi head spot welder is mainly composed of the equipment
host, upper and lower electrode components, fixture components,
welding controller, PLC controller, touch screen components, water
and gas circuit components, etc.
Welding May Cause Fire and Explosion
When welding closed containers, such as tanks, boxes, pipes, and
other workpieces, they may explode. The sparks generated by the arc
during welding will splatter everywhere. Splashing sparks, hot
workpieces, and heating equipment can cause fires and combustion.
Unexpected contact between electrodes and metal objects, poor
connection of welding cables, and poor contact of the current path
on the welding substrate side can all cause sparks, overheating,
explosions, and fires. Before welding, attention should be paid to
inspecting and ensuring the safety of the working area.
