Product Description
The portable spot welding machine uses the resistance heat
generated by the current flowing through the weldment as a heat
source for welding under pressure. Mainly used for spot welding of
low-carbon steel parts of thin plate structures.

Features:
1. Convenient operation and power-saving.
2. The cylinder is a customized pressurized cylinder, the brand is
(SMC).
3. The portable spot welders can rotate 360°as the turntable is
configured with bearings.
4. Customized welding tongs, the longest welding arm is 1300mm and
the shortest is 220mm.
5. Different specifications can be set (workpieces with different
thicknesses can be welded) welding thickness 0.3mm+0.3mm∽5+5mm.

Power Frequency Controller
1. The welding process achieves closed-loop control, ensuring
constant welding current in the event of voltage fluctuations in
the power grid and changes in welding load.
2. The control methods include constant current mode and constant
voltage mode.
3. During the welding cycle, the duration of various processes such
as pressure delay, pressure increase, welding, cooling, holding,
and rest is set by the program without error.
4. It has single point and continuous point welding functions, and
has three pulse (preheating, welding, tempering) functions for
double-sided galvanized plate welding.
