Product Description

The DTN series fixed point projection spot welding machine is a dual purpose welding machine produced by our company, mainly used for welding low-carbon steel, stainless steel, and some non-ferrous metals. It can also achieve welding between plates, between plates and projection welding nuts and bolts.

1. Body: Made of steel plates that are bent and welded as a whole, with good rigidity, high strength, reasonable structure, and beautiful appearance.

2. Welding pressure mechanism: Adopting ADK components, reliable and stable quality; The cylinder adopts an aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, with a wear-resistant surface and long service life; The working stroke is adjustable, using linear guide rails for guidance, with high accuracy and long service life.

3. Welding transformer: The welding transformer is a three-phase shell type, vacuum epoxy resin sealed, with the primary coil being a disc winding and the secondary coil being a specially made rectangular tube that also serves as a water cooling device.

4. Water circuit (cooling) system: There is a main inlet and outlet pipe at the rear of the welding machine. When the inlet ball valve is opened, the water enters the distribution block and is divided into five channels: two channels are connected to the welding transformer water pipe to cool the two transformers; One way is connected to the water inlet nozzle of the intermediate frequency controller (installed in the lower layer of the body) to cool the intermediate frequency controller; One way is connected to the upper electrode welding arm and upper electrode head body water inlet pipe, and the other way is connected to the lower electrode welding arm and lower electrode head body water inlet pipe.
