Medium frequency inverter spot projection welding machine is a set
of advanced welding equipment. Widely used, welding transformers
have a small volume and large output energy. The advantages of
portable spot welding machines used in the automotive industry are
even more evident. Its superior performance is due to the increase
in the frequency of its welding transformer from 50/60Hz to 1000Hz,
which greatly reduces the weight of the iron core material. In
addition, the rectifier diode in the secondary circuit of the
transformer converts electrical energy into DC power for welding.
This can greatly improve the value of the secondary circuit
inductance coefficient, which is an important factor leading to
energy loss and can almost be ignored in DC welding circuits,

Spring balancer
Spring balancer (hereinafter referred to as the balancer) is a kind
of auxiliary tool specially used with hanging manual operation
tools, especially suitable for production line operation, or a
variety of station tools are heavy, heavy workload, long time
operation occasions.
After hanging the tool with a balancer, the weight of the tool and
its auxiliary devices is balanced, allowing the operator to operate
the tool easily. When the tool needs to rise and fall frequently,
it can move up and down as long as the operator exerts less force
on the tool.
1. Unique structural features make heavy manual operation easy up
and down freely.
2. The maximum working stroke of the coiling spring is 1.5 meters,
and the balance is about 1.1 meters.
3. for safety, all products are equipped with safety steel rope, in
case of hook failure.
4. When the spring breaks, the safety device will lock the tower
wheel, but the tower wheel still needs to rotate 1/4 ~ 1/2 laps.
5. the product is equipped with an indicator plate to adjust the
bearing capacity of the balancer, so as to adjust the bearing
capacity of the balancer.
